Jardine River. We made it a little shaken but still in one piece. We could not get the bus on the ferry as it was too steep on the aproach and we had too much overhang. Couple of days of rest coming up.

We headed off to the creek early next morning and waited for a guy who did not come. We had hoped to get over while the other side was still dry as it is a lot steeper going up than on the way over. Lost of people went past till two families came, one… more »

In there. Elliot falls and Twin Falls. Very nice, but gee we have seen lots of waterfalls .

On good advice we headed off the "main road" to the tip to visit Elliot Falls. It is about 17k up the telegraph track. Well, the pictures tell the story. We got across the creek alright but could not get enough traction to get up the other side.… more »
